Very helpful for troubleshooting your throwing process -
This book goes through the throwing process step-by-step, with excellent photographs that helped me to figure out what I've been doing wrong and correct it. The prose is a little stodgy, but well worth it - I haven't found another book on throwing that goes through the process in such detail.
