Extremely informative -

I have tried several of the glazes from the book to great effect. I have also begun experimenting with some recipes with knowledge gleaned from the book and have been impressed with the results. While glazing is an art in itself, this book allows you to monitor the firing etc. in such a way as to best replicate the results shown in the book. As a beginner to the art, this book has been invaluable in learning the roles of the glaze constituents as well as firing techniques etc. The glaze recipes have also been very useful. I would definitely recommend this book.
